About
Making distribution work for everyone.
Wholesale should work like the best parts of software: one source, many contributors, everyone paid.
Why we exist
A catalogue should be forked, not forwarded.
GitShop started from a simple observation: distribution still runs on spreadsheets, chat threads and promises. The catalogue is the product of a wholesaler’s work, yet it gets copied, retyped and repriced until no one knows which version is real. We think a catalogue should be forked, not forwarded. (Placeholder story — replace with the founder’s own.)

What we believe.
Clarity
Prices show their breakdown. Balances show pending until they land. Interfaces say what is true.
Fairness
The person who made the product and the person who sold it both get paid when the customer pays.
Speed
Distribution should take minutes, not months of admin.
Access
Anyone who can sell should be able to sell — with or without stock, staff or a warehouse.
In one picture
One repo becomes every store.
A wholesaler publishes a repo. Sellers fork it into branded storefronts. Customers shop under each seller's name. GitShop moves the order and the money between all of them.
The team.
